Writing or reading what’s the right answer here

What is your favorite hobby or pastime?

They say all writers must read to write, so is there really a right answer to this question for me? I write and devour books and when that insufferable cursor blinks and blinks at me I pick up my creativity and let it lose in handmade items knits, crochet, canning, etc. in the hopes that the word flow will come back to me. In the end it all circles back to writing and reading and they both feed the other. Without reading would I find the words to write, without writing would I still want to immerse myself in books and discover how other authors speak to their readers? This surely is a quandary for a Sunday morning.
