Is there an age or year of your life you would re-live?

What an interesting question on such a dreary Friday. To be honest, I’m of the camp mindset: be careful what you wish for, and everything happens for a reason. Therefore, no, I wouldn’t want to relive any age or year of my life.

Because if I did go back and relive any part of my life, what would stop the ripple effect from occurring? Would I still meet my husband? Would I still have the three wonderful daughters I have now?

My life might not be perfect, what with my chronic migraines, water damage in my house, a wrecked car, and all that, but still, I wouldn’t trade for anything.

Certainty not to go back in time to relive my angst-filled teenage hay-days or my twenties with toddlers underfoot, my thirties fighting with the kids or over homework, friends, parties, and in my early forties, the teens and young adults the drugs and drinking and sex and need I go on.

Nah, I’ll keep the status quo. Thank you very much.
