I think it’s essential to recharge our batteries. Take the time out of hectic schedules to pamper ourselves and spend one day at the spa whenever the season changes: winter, spring, and summer, autumn.
Celebrate each new season with a soak in the hot springs, stand under the icy waterfalls, relax in the dry sauna, breathe in essential oils in the steam sauna, bring a book, and read in a hammock, or sleep in the quiet room. Enjoy a delicious meal, mint and cucumber water, hot teas, and coco, and when you leave, you’ll be relaxed and rejuvenated.
We’re like worker bees, always on the go, go, go; we deserve to replenish our reserves by getting a massage, facial, seaweed wrap, or pedicure to work out all the stress our body stores.
Seasonal spa days are definitely the way to go.
