What makes a good leader?
Contrary to popular belief, no one is born a leader, and leadership is not a trait that can be inherited. Instead, it comes from building leadership qualities like a positive attitude, accountability, and approachability, being part of the team and setting the example by taking on the hardest task, inspiring the troops even in moments of darkness, and being decisive when decisions need to be made.
These sought-after qualities encourage others to elect a leader because they recognize these traits and can envision the direction of their team, the project, or their company under this new leadership.
