Facing Fears: Strategies for Dealing with Spiders and Snakes

What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?

Spiders and snakes I don’t think anything could make face those beasts.

I have to call my hubby or kids to kill the creepy crawly creatures when I spot one in the house, and once I let out a blood-curling scream, the entire household thought a murderer had broken in or something sinister, but it was just a tiny spider crawling up in the air in front of my chair that had me paralyzed in fear.

Do not get me started on snakes, slippery, cold-blooded creatures. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets still haunt my dreams.
