Let me tell you a secret: when the story in my head gets too loud, jumbled like a twenty car pileup on the highway and I can’t make out the voices amidst the cacophony anymore I close the laptop and pour my creative energy into all things handmade. Be it a knitted sweater scarf, a crochet afghan, canning hot sauce, apple butter or jams or making candles or bath bombs. The time away from my computer helps me clear my head and as a bonus I get handmade goodies to share with family and friends. Always fun to see if I’ll frazzle out or if the creation I envision will come to fruition.

When I’m not writing, knitting/crocheting, or cooking up storm in my kitchen you’ll find me curled up somewhere with a book, I devour these puppies like crazy, no fret I’ll leave the reviews of the latest books I’ve read in my blog so you can follow along and see what book boyfriends I’ve fallen for this time.
